Department Of Mechanical Engineering
OverviewThe Department was known as R and D Centre from Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgaum, to Carry out Research activities resulting in M. Sc. and Ph.D.. Degrees. The section offers two UG programs namely, B.E.(Mechanical Engineering) and also B.E. (Industrial Engineering and Management, were only available in 1995) plus yet another PG application namely, M.Tech. The accepted pupils' advantages of B.E. Mechanical Engineering is currently 120, B.E. Industrial Engineering and Management is both 30 and M.Tech. At the moment, the section has Ph.D scholars, taking care of nanomaterials, compositesand alternative fuels .
The students of this section will experience internship at various reputed associations throughout the nation. Students take part in a variety of international contests regularly. The section owns their condition of the art research centers to support our instructional programs and research.
